At Spiceology, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your flavors; if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened products. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Ensure your spice blends or ingredients are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer success team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Once approved, securely pack your items and use the provided return shipping label to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
